Conversion and Extension of a three storey office building to a four storey hotel with 78 bedrooms and ground floor public areas (design and build contract). Complete interior design contract for all areas including Lounge Bar, Foyer, Restaurant, Reception, Corridors, Function Suite, Wedding Room and Bedrooms. All External Works including Canopy and Landscaping were also part of the contract. Project was manged by Walker Interiors to completion Full Specification & procurement of all interior and exterior finishes, furniture & furnishings. Building Warrant and Planning Permissions.
